(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in UT.– Demolition or abatement review, topographical surveys, environmental issues, and geotechnical reviews. – Design and construction estimate reviews.– Planning, pre–bid conferences, and bid review or award recommendations in accordance with procurement code.– Scheduling, site inspections, cost control, change order review, invoice review, and project closeout inspections.– Program planning, committee organization, and scheduling or conducting meetings.– Monitoring schedules, site surveillance, and contract administration.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
