(1) Vendor needs to provide youth program evaluation framework service to the government authority located in Houston, TX.• Agency seeking proposals from qualified consultants, firms, or consultant teams to design, customize, implement, and support a program evaluation system for our youth programming• Program Evaluation Framework– Review current program models and evaluation practices.– Facilitate meetings with staff to refine program logic models.– Develop measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for each youth program.– Design standardized pre–program and post–program surveys or other data collection tools to gather information from participants.– Develop participant outcome measures.– Create data collection protocols and reporting procedures.– Develop an annual evaluation framework.– Establish processes for monitoring program performance.– Train staff on implementation of the evaluation framework.– Develop templates for internal and external impact reports.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
