The County of Sacramento (“County”), is soliciting proposals from a qualified consultant to evaluate and update the impact fee programs listed below. The proposed efforts may include updating of the various fee programs and associated nexus studies pursuant to the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Section 66000 et seq.) and other legislative requirements. Fee Programs: 1. Antelope Fee Program 2. Vineyard Fee Program 3. Mather Fee Program 4. North Vineyard Station Fee Program 5. Florin Vineyard Community Plan Fee Program 6. Library Facilities Fee Program 7. Consumnes Community Services District Fire Fee Program
