Hair Care Services for Sacramento County Probation

The purpose of this Determination of Interest (DOI) is to exchange information between the Sacramento County Probation Department (Probation) and organizations/individuals interested in providing hair care services for youth at the Youth Detention Facility (YDF), at 9601 Kiefer Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95827. Probation desires to secure a future agreement with a service provider experienced in providing hair care services. At this stage, Probation seeks informational input only, as requested herein, and as jointly developed through the exchange of written questions, answers thereto. It is expected that organizations who submit information/responses shall have the ability to, and interest in, providing hair care services, at the level of care indicated in the DOI.
