(1) Vendor needs to provide alternative senior transportation services to the government authority located in Fulton, GA.• Provide alternative transportation services using TNC’s (i.e. Uber, Lyft, etc.) to transport eligible agency seniors aged 60 and above to ensure that seniors are self–sufficient.• The Selected Bidder shall operate a real–time, on–demand dispatching platform capable of dynamically matching riders to agency drivers.• The platform must support trip scheduling, real–time vehicle tracking, estimated arrival times (ETAs), trip status updates, and automated cost–share processing.• provide a demonstration of its technology solution during the oral interviewstage, should the proposer advance, including a walk through of rider intake, reservation workflow, trip ordering, route tracking, billing integration, reporting features, and agency coordination– Technology, Data Systems & Security• The Selected Bidder shall maintain an automated system capable of ordering trips and issuing rider notifications through a mobile application, web portal, and reservationist–assisted interface.• The system must provide end–to–end trip tracking ensuring participant safety and must include secure digital payment processing for the $1.00 cost share.• The system must enforce trip limits, track medical and community trip mileage restrictions, and prevent participants from exceeding monthly trip allowances(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 4, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.
