(1) Vendor needs to provide mail services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Perform mail services for two (2) batches of white, 5 ½ “x 8 ½ “, 100lb stock, pre–printed postcards.– Printing addresses, including Intelligent Mail Barcodes, on postcards to obtain the best available discounted rates.– Quantity: Approximately 157,000 postcards in two batches, both to be serviced simultaneously.– One mailing batch of approximately 10,400 for properties located within the Downtown District.
