(1) Vendor needs to provide police promotional exams services to the government authority located in New Haven, CT.• Consultant will review job analysis data from subsequent cycles of testing in determining the comprehensive range of aptitudes, skill, abilities and other traits that will identify candidates best suited for each position being examined.• Consultant will then determine if further data collection is necessary and implement procedures for collection of said data.• Consultant will provide exam development of any and all products or services recommended as components appropriate for use in each selection process.• Consultant will develop and provide appropriate candidate preparation resources relative to all testing components of each selection process. Once resources are established, civil service will be responsible for distribution of material and associated information to all eligible applicants.• Consultant will provide any and all materials, written or otherwise, associated with any and all products or services recommended as components appropriate for use in each selection process.• Consultant will score and analyze any and all test components utilizing scoring methodologies appropriate to each component, and which reduce subgroup differences and take into account the psychometric power of each component used.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
