MEDI-7967 - USA (Rochester, New York) - Occupational Medicine Services - Deadline August 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational medicine services to the government authority located in Rochester, NY.– Services include pre–employment testing and exams, drug and alcohol testing, and other employment related testing as required by state and federal laws.– Provide pre–employment physicals and drug and breath alcohol testing tests for all new hires or rehires of county.– Provide occupational medical exams including fitness for duty, return to work, and family medical leave act (FMLA) second opinion. These exams may involve: audiograms, blood lead levels, HAZMAT, respirator usage, PPD (tuberculin skin tests), functional capacity evaluations, psychological and psychiatric evaluations, and other exams.– Provide advisory services with regard to interpreting and validating medical information related to employee requests for leave under the FMLA and accommodation.– provide physical and mental evaluations to determine fitness for duty and the need for disability leave.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
