(1) Vendor needs to provide primary care medication dispensing services to the government authority located in DeKalb, GA.– Supply medications directly and provide comprehensive pharmacy services to eligible patients.– Dispense prescribed primary care medications, including controlled substances, in accordance with applicable laws.– Perform clinical review of all prescriptions for safety, efficacy, appropriateness, and potential drug interactions.– Conduct drug utilization reviews.– Provide patient counseling.– Provide client–centered primary care pharmacy services.– Referring clients and patients requesting additional HIV/AIDS related services or information to the appropriate county health department.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
