(1) Vendor needs to provide parking garage management service.• Vendor shall provide comprehensive parking facility management, operational, maintenance coordination, customer service, security oversight, and administrative services• Vendor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, administrative support, and other resources necessary to perform the services required under this Contract.• Services shall be provided in a manner that ensures the Parking Facility is operated safely, efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, codes, and industry standards• The Contractor shall:a. Manage the day–to–day operation of the Parking Facility.b. Ensure safe, orderly, and efficient vehicle and pedestrian movement throughout the facility.c. Open and close the facility in accordance with schedules established by the Owner.d. Maintain an on–site management presence during designated operating hours.e. Coordinate access to public and restricted parking areas.f. Maintain operational logs documenting significant events, incidents, and facility activities.g. Coordinate operational activities with Owner representatives and facility occupants– The Contractor shall operate and monitor all parking access systems, including but not limited to:• Entry and exit gates.• Motion–activated gate systems.• Card access systems.• Access control readers.• Vehicle detection systems.• Intercom and communication systems.• Parking management software(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026
