Vendor needs to provide water and wastewater treatment facilities manage, operate and maintenance service to the government authority located in Marys, GA. – Contractor will be responsible for all management, operations, and maintenance duties required to ensure efficient and effective operation of the water and wastewater facilities.• Duties include:– Normal daily operations, maintenance and monitoring.– Prepare and submit all required reports and permit renewal applications to the regulatory agencies and to the agency.– Assist the agency with any spill/release notifications and any sampling requirements resulting from a spill/release within the sanitary sewer collection system.– Prepare and implement the agency’s watershed protection plan sampling, reporting and execution plan.– Annual and monthly reporting and sampling. – Perform scheduled, unscheduled, preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs and replacements as needed on facilities infrastructure components.– Perform asset management functions to ensure the long–term efficient operation of facilities infrastructure.– Maintain operations and maintenance records for all infrastructure components in electronic format.– Contractor shall perform all maintenance activities in conformance with manufacturer recommendations unless pre–approved by the owner.
