26FQ9 Hazardous & Regulated Waste Management Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with qualified contractors for comprehensive hazardous, universal, medical/biohazardous, and other regulated waste management services at Frederick County Public Schools. Services shall include the identification, collection, packaging, transportation, recycling, treatment, and disposal of regulated waste materials generated at District facilities, including but not limited to schools, administrative offices, maintenance shops, warehouses, laboratories, health rooms, and other instructional or operational sites. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, permits, manifests, documentation, and transportation necessary to ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
