(1) Vendor needs to provide deputy building inspection services to the government authority located in West Hollywood, CA.– provide consultant shall furnish qualified personnel, supervision, transportation, equipment, communication tools, documentation systems, and all other resources necessary to provide deputy building inspection services.– Consultant shall not approve design changes, direct the contractor's means and methods, or assume responsibility for construction safety.– Questions requiring design interpretation shall be referred to the city, architect, engineer of record, or other responsible design professional.– Site preparation, excavation, foundations, concrete, masonry, structural framing, and structural connections.– Building envelope, roofing, weatherproofing, doors, windows, interior construction, and finish work.– Accessibility features and accessible routes, including site and building elements.– Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and life–safety systems within the inspector's qualifications and city authorization.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.
