(1) Vendor needs to provide community plan services to the government authority located in Columbus, OH.• Community Engagement, Partnerships, and Visioning– Develop and implement a robust engagement and visioning process involving residents, business owners, workers, faith–based institutions, and community organizations across all impacted neighborhoods.– Competent strategies for engaging communities historically underrepresented in civic decision–making, including to youth, transit–dependent individuals, residents facing housing or food instability, unemployed workers, and individuals with limited access to technology.– Design and execute digital engagement campaigns across relevant social media networks and municipal platforms.• Media, Communications, and Brand Identity– Comprehensive Communications Plan: Develop and execute an agile media and public relations strategy to keep the public informed and maintain project momentum.– Brand Identity and Graphics: Create a cohesive visual identity, project logo, and digital graphic assets to promote the planning effort across all print and online spaces.– Collateral Development: Create and distribute multilingual printed media, including flyers, postcards, posters, and mailers, to widely publicize engagement opportunities. Languages should be based on the top three languages for the Plan Area.– Media Relations: Formulate strategic talking points, press releases, and media kits, coordinating closely with the City's communications team.• Data Diagnostics and Technical Market Studies– Execute a rigorous housing market assessment focusing on the distinct realities of the Plan Area sub–markets.– Retail Market, Economic Feasibility, and Workforce Study: Conduct a straightforward, localized economic and workforce analysis to determine the Plan Area’s consumer spending capacity, commercial gaps, and employment dynamics.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
