Description

Routine Landscape Maintenance for small facilities located throughout Seminole County. Work will include, but is not limited to: Mowing, Edging, Landscape Bed Maintenance, Pruning, Weed Control, Application of Insecticides and Fungicides, Irrigation Maintenance, etc. The awarded Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and other items and services, both necessary and incidental to ensure that the Ground Maintenance Services are performed in a manner that will meet the Performance Standards and all requirements of the Contract Documents. Please refer to the 'Scope of Services' section for a full description of all work to be performed under this agreement, and the requirements set forth by the County.
