(1) Vendor needs to provide schools tournaments organization and administration event organizer services.– Plan, organize, execute, and oversee events competitions and tournaments, – Develop and present an annual event plan for all anticipated competitions,– Secure adequate competition venues,– Organize sponsors, booth participants, and supporting suppliers,– Market and publicize events, develop event website with schedule,– Ensure safety, provide on–site medical assistance,– Serve as a liaison with personnel to address all tournament–related questions, complaints, etc.– Develop and maintain the participant registration process, including the collection of fees,– Assist with developing hotel group rates and room blocks,– Provide events operations and staffing, including securing workers and volunteers,– Be present for participant support.– Maintain proper scoring procedures.– Organize and provide presentation of awards and recognition.– Propose to sponsorship ideas and revenue management.– Obtain and maintain General Liability Insurance Coverage.
