(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administrator services for self–funded medical benefit plans.– Provide third–party administrator (TPA) services and chronic disease management (CDM) services to the city’s self–funded medical benefit plans.– Claims Processing and Coordination of Benefits Management.– Network Access and Management– Medical Management including Utilization Management and Case Management– Wellness Program Administration and Management– Health Information and Nurse Line– Fraud Deterrent, Waste and Abuse Management– Website, Web Portal and Mobile Applications– Health Reimbursement Account or Health Savings Account Administration– Focus Groups– Chronic Disease Management– Member Enrollment and Eligibility Maintenance(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 10,2026.(3) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 29, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for five years.
