(1) Vendor needs to provide data visualization and analysis platform. • Enable access to health data and support data–driven decision–making, including serving as a point of dissemination of measures.• Platform must provide a 100% self–service, no code end–user experience.• Platform must use a state determined and owned URL domain• Provide real time or near real time validation and error feedback• Flat files, including CSV, Excel, fixed–width, and delimited files• Modern data lake formats, including Parquet and other columnar storage formats• Relational databases and database extracts• APIs and web services• Secure file transfer or secure upload mechanisms• Streaming, real–time, or event–based data sources where applicable• Platform must allow administrators to upload data that is restricted to certain users or groups.• Geospatial maps (city, county, region, state; Tribal–trust lands)• Bar charts, line charts, pie charts, histograms• Optional: Ability to support advanced analytic methods, such as predictive modeling, Generative AI, machine learning, anomaly detection, classification, or clustering, where appropriate to the use case(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3 , 2026.
