BHS Earthwork/Concrete 3

Buena High School is located in Cochise County. The project is earthwork and cast-in-place concrete for proposed prefabricated metal building on school district property located at 5225 E. Buena School Blvd., Sierra Vista, AZ. 85635. It is understood that actual building size could be adjusted based upon the recommendations of the contractor and with staff approval following the opening of proposals. Access to the site shall be allowed through North Fighting Colt Drive gate. Temporary construction fencing will be required to protect the project and others using the campus during the construction process. Contractor shall provide the work necessary to complete storage project earthwork, site preparation, footings, concrete slab floor, concrete flatwork and clean up.
