(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.• Daily cleaning (begin after 5:00 pm) – includes lobby, offices, restrooms, break room, kitchen, exterior walkway at main entrance, conference room1. All trash receptacles are to be emptied from all offices/rooms and trash removed to outside dumpster. Offices with their doors closed can be skipped. Replace liners and damp wipe receptacles if soiled.2. Kitchen:Damp wipe counter, exterior of appliances, and sink. Wipe walls to remove any soil/water marks as needed. Dust as needed.3. Sweep all hard surface floors.4. Damp mop all hard surface floors.5. Restrooms (2):– Stock tri–fold and roll towels and toilet tissue. Damp wipe holders.– Stock hand soap. Damp wipe dispenser as needed.– Stock toilet covers.– Empty trash bins.– Clean and polish mirrors– Clean and disinfect all toilets, urinals, and sinks.– Damp clean all stall doors as needed leaving no streak marks.– Personal hygiene receptacles should be emptied and the exterior wiped.– Dust as needed.– Remove any water marks and soil from walls.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
