(1) Vendor needs to provide international recovery services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Provide collection, servicing, legal, and recovery services to support bank in collecting outstanding debts and recovering defaulted loan obligations from obligors and guarantors worldwide.– Services may include:– Borrower negotiations, settlement efforts, and workout agreements– Credit restructuring and other recovery–related servicing activities– Asset searches, investigations, and due diligence activities– Site visits and field investigations, as appropriate– Documentation and execution of recovery, restructuring, and settlement agreements– Extrajudicial collection efforts and loan recovery services– Instituting and managing legal proceedings, litigation, and other legal enforcement actions– Seizure, embargo, execution, and enforcement against assets, where legally permitted(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
