(1) Vendor needs to provide visitor experience programs administration services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• Responsible for representing the around the world and for holistically managing tourism in in a sustainable manner consistent with community desires, economic goals, cultural values, preservation of natural resources, and visitor industry needs• Develop and release an application for each visitor experience program, subject to HTA review and approval.• Provide technical assistance, as needed, to support applicants and ensure high–quality proposal submissions.• Receive proposals by the designated deadline and maintain fair and equitable standards in the review and acceptance of submissions.• Ensure contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.• Manage the full lifecycle of each contract, from initiation to closure.• Maintain organized, complete records of all contracts and related documentation.• Monitor key contract dates, deliverables, and obligations.• Implement standardized procedures and tools to promote consistency, transparency, and fairness throughout procurement, contract management, and project evaluation activities.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.
