(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management, construction inspection, and geotechnical services to the government authority located in South Gate, CA.– Perform a detailed constructability review focused on conflicts, omissions, sequencing, access, traffic control, public impacts, utility conflicts, quantity discrepancies, payment provisions, and coordination among the roadway, drainage, concrete, striping, and pickleball scopes.– Conduct field reviews of the project locations and verify major site constraints, school and park access, utility conditions, drainage conditions, traffic–control needs, and staging limitations.– Review the contractor's baseline schedule, three–week look–ahead schedules, recovery schedules, and schedule updates.– Review progress–payment requests, reconcile quantities with the inspector and contractor, verify supporting documentation, and prepare payment recommendations in the city's format.– Provide full–time inspection during active construction and sufficient supplemental inspection to cover concurrent operations at multiple locations.– Perform or verify construction surveying, lines and grades, staking, cut sheets, conform elevations, drainage elevations, and other survey work required for acceptance.– Provide source inspection, sampling, compaction testing, asphalt testing, concrete testing, and other testing.– Review prime–contractor and subcontractor eligibility, registrations, classifications, wage rates, fringe benefits, deductions, apprenticeship ratios, and required postings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4,2026.
