(1) Vendor needs to provide propane supply and delivery services to the government authority located in Danville, NH.• The Agency is seeking proposals from qualified propane suppliers to provide reliable propane supply, delivery, tank monitoring, and related services• The selected propane supplier shall provide: – Propane Supply– Supply commercial–grade propane meeting all applicable federal, state, and local standards.– Ensure uninterrupted fuel availability throughout the contract period.– Delivery Services– Scheduled deliveries based on usage and seasonal demand.– Emergency and on–demand deliveries as required.– Delivery documentation for each shipment.– Tank Monitoring and Management– Remote tank monitoring capabilities (preferred).– Inventory management to prevent runouts.– Reporting of tank levels and delivery history.– Equipment Services– Inspection and maintenance of propane tanks and related equipment, if applicable.– Leak testing and safety inspections.– Regulatory compliance support.– Emergency Response– 24/7 emergency service availability.– Response time commitments for emergency situations.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
