CONS-23602 - USA (Maricopa, Arizona) - Geotechnical Engineering Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical engineering services for land subsidence and earth fissure monitoring, geotechnical field investigations, material sampling and testing, engineering analysis, instrumentation installation, planning and design of specific corrective actions as needed to address potential dam safety issues at District dams or as needed for overall dam rehabilitation/replacement projects to the government authority located in Maricopa, AZ.– Collect, organize, and review existing project data and records as applicable to site–specific features to be investigated– Perform geotechnical field investigations at dams, levees, dikes, spillways, and related features including, but not limited to, test pits, borings, material sampling, and lab testing.– Perform technical studies, research, engineering analyses, and additional tasks as needed, to evaluate site specific features and problem areas.– Conduct site specific repairs at dams and related features.– Evaluate the results of conventional surveys completed by the DISTRICT. Conventional surveying will include vertical leveling of relative vertical monuments using optical equipment and techniques, and horizontal and vertical position of selected monuments using GPS equipment and techniques.– Laboratory testing of soil samples such as, but not limited to, plasticity index, gradations, shear testing (both direct and triaxial), bulk density, consolidation.– Field sampling and/or testing of construction materials, and/or preparation of field test samples, including, but not limited to, Portland cement concrete, asphalt concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel, soils, wood, masonry, pre–manufactured construction components (such as pre– and post–stressed concrete elements, concrete pipe, asbestos cement pipe), and other similar materials(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
