(1) Vendor needs to provide instructional leadership professional learning service to the government authority located in Golden, CO. – Agency is seeking information from professional learning providers capable of delivering a two–day, high–quality leadership development experience for school and district leaders in Fall 2026, focused on instructional leadership. – The experience should emphasize evidence–based practices for classroom observation and feedback, data–driven instruction, coaching for teacher growth, and building systems that equitably improve student achievement.– The learning experience should be interactive, practice–based, and grounded in research demonstrating improved outcomes for teaching and learning.• Capability areas:– Classroom observation and evidence collection– High–impact feedback and coaching conversations– Data–driven instruction and effective data meetings– Coaching for sustained teacher growth– Building sustainable systems for continuous instructional improvement– Equitable improvement in student achievement– Appropriate use of AI to enhance leadership practice– Alignment with and extension of an existing district framework– Delivery model and facilitation– Evidence of effectiveness– Federal fund eligibility and compliance– Durability and follow–through after the two days(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
