(1) Vendor needs to provide point–of–sale implementation services.• The deployment, installation, configuration, testing, and go–live support of a point–of–sale (POS) technology ecosystem• POS Terminals — Fixed stations for concessions and retail operations.• Mobile units for portable sales and event operations.• Cable management, structured wiring, recharging cages, and related support hardware.• Reporting and Back Office Software — Software platform for transaction reporting, database management, and operational oversight.• Launch the system, activate devices, finalize menu programming, validate transactions, and ensure operational readiness.• Provide planning, scheduling, coordination, communication, and oversight throughout the deployment lifecycle (2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.
