(1) Vendor needs to provide medical health benefits plan consultant services to the government authority located in Binghamton, NY.– The Consultant is also expected to provide a variety of services involving the County’s health benefits plans to include, but not limited to, ensuring compliance with federal andstate laws, vendor transitional issues, plan coverage disputes, discount pricing negotiations with non–network providers, etc.• Performs claims data collection procedures and identifying analytical tools that could improve the efficient management of the health care plan.• Provides ongoing services interacting with Broome County staff and other current consultants for legal, actuarial, claims administration, Stop Loss insurance and financial reporting in a cooperative manner.• Audits processes and system capabilities of third–party providers.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
