(1) Vendor needs to provide HR compensation services to the government authority located in Alameda, CA. – Provide services in a range of human resources matters, including compensation.– Agency is looking for firms with experience in the following areas: compensation studies with benchmark classifications with individual positions, reviewing the total compensation of benchmark classifications with benefits package, leave accruals, and specialty/differential pay review.– Provide human resources services necessary for completing compensation studies with benchmark classification for the agency.– The compensation report must provide recommendations on range changes for each position, if any.• Task:– Project kick–off– Data collection and document review– employee and management interviews– Classification analysis– Compensation study– Salary structure recommendation– Draft report– Final report– Board or executive presentation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
