McCormick-Bordeaux Dove Field Workshop Replacement

Provide professional engineering and architectural services for the design of a new approximately 2,600-square-foot workshop building with office (~600 SF) and shop (~2,000 SF) space. The office area shall include an office, storage closet, restroom with shower, and an electrical/storage room. The project also includes design and permitting of a new septic system, and demolition of an existing shed.
