(1) Vendor needs to provide archer events storage and stall building service to the government authority located in Laramie, WY. – The Work consists of construction of a new horse stall facility and the relocation of current horse stalls, and the construction of a new storage facility.– The Storage building is approximately 10,500 square feet and the Horse Stall building is approximately 23,170 square feet.– Contractor will be responsible for supply and construction of all site work, landscaping, utilities, footings, foundations, flatwork, PEMB, framing, insulation, overhead doors, metal doors, frames and hardware, mechanical, electrical and plumbing shown.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 11, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 4, 2026.
