(1) Vendor needs to provide application maintenance and support services.– Child support case and financial management system’s advanced technology to maximize business efficiencies, improve payment–processing time frames, increase quality control and reduce data entry at the local level, which improves customer service.– Maintain and provide edits and validations to promote data quality and reliability.– Develop and implement operational controls, efficiencies and integrated and consolidated interface and batch tracking solution.– Assess current scanned image solution to identify improvements for automation and processing or provide a new scanned image solution.– Application Maintenance – Contractor must maintain and support the system, a federally–certified system, and all related and integrated components. This includes the identification, resolution, implementation and tracking of all system defects as well as implementation of required system changes and modifications.– Integration Testing and Quality Assurance – Contractor must complete all testing activities to support and maintain the system including: test case and script development, integration testing, system testing, system performance and load testing and regression testing.– Batch Operations and Interface Support– monitor, maintain and execute all required interface file transfers and batch processing through an integrated and consolidated tracking system.– Help desk operations shall include the creation, updating, tracking, documentation, escalation, and resolution of all reported issues. – Operations Management includes all project schedules, work plans, issue management, and risk management activities, as well as monthly reporting requirements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on September 25, 2026.
