CLOTHING-1281 - USA (Newport News, Virginia) - Assorted Wearing Apparel Supply - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide assorted wearing apparel supply to the government authority located in Newport News, VA.– Contractor shall meet the following minimum requirements:• All products provided shall be new and unused. • Contractor shall have the capability to design logos (Logo design will be specified by the Contract Administrator). • Contractor shall work with individual divisions within the Department of Parks and Recreation on their logo designs.• The City shall retain ownership of any design work created for this contract. • Contractor shall have the capability to provide multiple color screen printing and have the ability to embroider. • Contractor shall be responsible for providing the various types, sizes, and colors of items specified. • Bulk orders shall be sorted by program, size and or team with a sorting label indicating the number of shirts/sweatshirts/jerseys in each size group prior to packaging. • Packaging and shipping shall provide adequate protection against damage and deterioration. • Contractor shall provide a digital sample of each order for approval prior to the actual production run.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.
