(1) Vendor needs to provide FHIR server services to the government authority located in Maryland.– Provide a commercial grade FHIR server to enable the enhancement and expansion of the capabilities of the BEST IM platform in the next, operational, phase which shall meet or exceed the following salient characteristics for the FHIR serve.– FHIR server that can provide a secure and scalable repository for storing and sharing healthcare data.• A developer portal for understanding and testing FHIR APIs, preferably, using a user interface–based tool, for example, Swagger–UI front–end, to allow easy access to all FHIR API configuration parameters.
