Description
(1) Vendor needs to provide athletic sports fields maintenance and repair contractor services to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL.– Contractor shall coordinate all scheduling, mobilization, and phasing with the project manager. – Contractor shall provide a turn–key solution, including labor, materials, equipment, supervision, hauling, disposal, and post–install maintenance.– Test the irrigation system prior to beginning work and after final completion.– Identify, mark, and remove irrigation heads and valve boxes as required within repair limits.– Contractor is solely responsible for any damage to irrigation systems caused during performance of work.– Reinstall irrigation heads set to proper grade and fully operational prior to sod installation.– Confirm final grades for valve boxes, drains, and irrigation components prior to sod installation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting virtual will be held on August 27, 2026.
