The existing building 246 elevator requires complete demolition and replacement to include all associated mechanical room equipment. This acquisition will require a general contractor with experience and expertise capable of fully managing this requirement, which will may require construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors in a wide variety of construction trades.ELIGIBILITYThe applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 238290 Other Building Equipment Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard of $22M. The Product Service Code is Z1PZ Maintenance of Other Non–Building Facilities. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND SUBMISSION DETAILS (SITE VISIT)Interested parties are requested to submit a capabilities statement of no more than ten (10) pages in length in Times New Roman font of not less than 10 pitch. Provide an explanation of your company`s ability to perform at least 50% of the tasking described in this PBSOW for the base period as well as the option periods.6.)
