(1) Vendor needs to provide real time captioning services. – Service provider must be available 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. Monday through Sunday.– Service provider must be available as requested by the District, some requests require availability in person, some by telephone.– Vendor must provide twenty–four (24) hour notice of its cancellation of a scheduled assignment.– Provide transcription services under minimal supervision. Creation of text transcripts from audio content (both audio files and audio files within video tracks).– Create text transcripts from live classroom lectures in real–time in a classroom or lab setting as per the needs of the individual(s) with a disability.– Require vendors to disclose methods and obtain approval before substituting an automated captioning for a human CART service.– The proposer should have captioners available that can come to the college campus when in–personservices are requested by agency.– Vendor will be responsible for their own equipment for captioning.– Rush transcription; expedited creation of text transcripts from audio content (both audio files and audio files within video tracks) within twenty–four (24) hours.– Captioning: conversion of text transcripts into timed caption/subtitle files.– Rush captioning; expedited conversion of text transcripts into timed caption/subtitle files within twenty–four (24) hours.– Provide services for individuals with disabilities on an as–required basis that may include but are not limited to meetings, trainings, classes, and field trips.– Meet as needed with other DSPS staff to ensure services are appropriate and consistent. Proposer shall provide resubmission and correction services at no additional cost to the agency.– Call specified telephone numbers a minimum of fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled meeting start time to test captioning functionality.– Provide a minimum 200 words per minute.– Provide a minimum ninety–six percent (96%) accuracy level per session.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 06, 2026.
