MEDI-8030 - USA (Burkeville, Virginia) - Optometry Services - Deadline September 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide optometry services to the government authority located in Burkeville, VA.– Provide an on–site optometry clinic for approximately 12 patients (with option to see more on mutual agreement) per clinic.– Optometrist shall maintain and keep current licenses, certifications, and registration during the period of the contract and any subsequent renewals.– Provide prompt patient examination and treatment of optometric conditions.– Provide a written consultation report of inpatient services.– Any prescriptions for corrective lenses or contacts shall be medically necessary.– Provide all portable optometry equipment and supplies for use at the facility to conduct contracted services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
