Replacement of Exterior Kitchen Doors at 5 Schools

The project will be constructed under the “work restrictions” as indicated in specification Section 011000 “SUMMARY” and in the drawings. The existing building and site and portions thereof shall remain in operation throughout the duration of this project, as described in “Work Restrictions”. The Owner shall provide work under separate contracts to provide the infrastructure for building network, the Public Address system, Clock system, building security and controls system and provide AV integration to the new facility. These separate contracts shall all be coordinated and overseen by the General Contractor.
