CONS-23588 - USA (Omaha, Nebraska) - Stadium Construction Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide stadium construction services to the government authority located in Omaha, NE. – The onsite enabling infrastructure to support the same. More specifically the stadium is to be soccer (Men’s & Women’s) focused with the ability to host events, concerts and championship games.– The stadium is comprised of approximately 5,600 stadium seats with spectator amenities including suites and indoor club lounge, integrated administration offices and training rooms, team store, permanent restrooms and concessions and LED video board– Construction management services, fixtures, tools, supplies, taxes, permits and all other property and services necessary to timely and fully perform all work or services set.– Contract Documents, including without limitation, infrastructure work, construction dewatering, permanent dewatering work, civil site work, utility relocation and extension work, stadium construction, and construction coordination.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 2, 2026.(4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.
