(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan update services.– consultant will be responsible for conducting individual interviews with Committeemembers and key stakeholders, identifying key issues and emerging priorities, developing a draftupdated Strategic Plan for consideration, and facilitating final adoption of the plan at an Executive Committee workshop.– Prior strategic planning workshop materials and summaries,– Perceived strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,– Emerging regional issues and priorities,– Recommendations for the updated Strategic Plan,– Identify common themes and areas of consensus.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on September 18,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
