Highway Safety Manual (HSM)

This solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase and delivery of AASHTO Highway Safety Manual (HSM), First Edition, with 2014 Supplement, Single User PDF Licenses. The contract shall provide licensed electronic access to the publication for TxDOT personnel in accordance with the publisher's licensing terms. NOTE: All information or changes related to this solicitation will be posted on this website. Respondents should monitor this website for any addendums, additional documents, questions and answers, or changes. The opening date specified on this posting is the due date for submittal of responses. Response submittals will not be accepted after the opening date and time.
