(1) Vendor needs to provide professional health workforce shortages determination service to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – The goal of the project is to determine where health professional workforce shortages exist in the state and direct practice incentives to those areas of the state determined to have a shortage.– Project also serves to aggregate information on clinicians and systems from multiple public and proprietary data sources, match the information to data in the system, standardize information, and apply an algorithm to determine current information for clinicians and systems.• Promote health outcomes by addressing community clinical, workforce, safety–net, planning and prevention needs, focusing on low–income, uninsured or underinsured, and geographically isolated Coloradans. • Facilitate ongoing database development, maintenance and security of the agency as directed by agency and necessary for continued successful operation of the database.• Work with the agency to maintain data integration and quality control.• Maintain and refine the composite quality score per record.• Create and maintain existing user defined reports and queries based on single and multiple providers, place and plan data attributes on a yearly basis.• Create new imports to integrate patient–level claims data (e.g., All Payer Claims Database, Medicaid claims) that conform to current database standards to integrate data into the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
