(1) Vendor needs to provide lab manager service to the government authority located in Somerville, MA.             – Contractor will manage a safe and welcoming space for the community after school hours.– May be open to the public 5–9PM Mondays through Fridays.– Thursdays for student–only hours. – Fridays must be used for classes and not open shop. – All classes must be scheduled at least three weeks in advance. – Agency is not open on holidays, school breaks, or weekends.– The selected organization is expected to be on–site during hours of operation and will report to the city Program Manager.• Programming • Administration • Maker Showcase • Annual Report • Reimbursable Maintenance and Materials Costs(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
