(1) Vendor needs to provide behavioral health clinician services to the government authority located in Denver, CO.– Provide behavioral health services for fathers and father figures participating in the Fatherhood Intervention, Recovery, Support, and Transition (FIRST) Program– Participants may experience mental health, substance use, trauma–related, recovery, and reentry needs alongside barriers such as unstable housing, unemployment, family–system involvement, and difficulty accessing and navigating treatment.(2) A Virtual pre–bid information session will be held on August 17, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
