(1) Vendor needs to provide AI and data analytics service for global diversion.– Create and host user–friendly data analyses and visualizations to illustrate trade trends and key source, transshipment, and diversion locations, shareable (e.g., via access–controlled online portal or web application).– Deploy a user–friendly smartphone–accessible application with capabilities such as artificial intelligence (AI) / machine learning (ML)–based computer vision, optical character recognition (OCR), and/or large language model (LLM) integration to visually identify export–controlled commodities.– The first component will analyze trade data, create exemplary visualizations (e.g., dashboards), and train export control authorities to use data analysis for export control implementation. – The second component will design, develop, and deploy a smartphone–accessible application for frontline officers to detect and identify export–controlled commodities. – The third component will train recipients to effectively, responsively, and proactively engage regulated industry based on identified proliferation trends.
