(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise asset management and work order software.– Provide an enterprise–wide product to manage assets and work orders.– The proposed solution will operate within a specific technical ecosystem• Platform Support and Access:– The solution must support Android, iOS, and Windows platforms.– The system must provide Single Sign–On capability utilizing Google or ADFS.– The system shall allow for mobile access for field personnel.– The system must have the ability to handle various attachments, including photos, videos, and PDFs.– The system shall provide the ability to update work order status at a frequency of 15 minutes or less.• Software and Data Standards:– Any middleware or mapping integration code shall be written in Python or PHP.– All middleware and mapping code shall be owned by the City.– The solution shall be compatible with Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge browsers.– For cloud–hosted solutions, all City data must remain and be hosted within the agency.– Ability to integrate with ArcGIS Enterprise and Utility Network for Asset Management– Ability to integrate with agency positioning systems for GPS– Ability to dispatch and monitor field personnel work order queue and assign work orders based on current work load– Ability for multiple departments to work on the same work order(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026
