(1) Vendor needs to provide investment and advisory services for its 403(b) defined contribution plans to the government authority located in Lafayette, LA.– Financial advisors who can effectively reduce member costs, streamline operations by consolidating legacy accounts with our recordkeeper, and deliver comprehensive 403(b) education to our membership.- FIDUCIARY○ Be willing to act as an express fiduciary to the Plan, and provide a written confirmation of this status in the service agreement.- FUNDS○ Construct and continuously oversee a cost–effective, high–quality, and well–diversified investment lineup tailored to the financial needs of plan participants.- PLAN OPERATIONS○ Support plan operations, including asset mapping, plan consolidation, fee benchmarking, and vendor oversight.- ADVISEMENT○ Advise leadership on plan compliance, governance, and participant education.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.
