EQU-20376 - USA (Springfield, Missouri) - Batteries for Galaxy UPS/APC and Maintenance Service - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide batteries for galaxy UPS/APC and maintenance service to the government authority located in Springfield, MO. – Perform one annual preventive maintenance visit to provide a comprehensive visual, environmental, and electronic inspection of the UPS and/or PDU system to ensure that all components are performing within defined technical and environmental specifications. – Preventive maintenance shall include all labor and travel expenses, with scheduling available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.– Perform environmental inspections to verify and document the system’s environment is within specified operating conditions including but not limited to room temperature, airflow, dust contamination, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
