(1) Vendor needs to provide legacy management support system.• This includes the expertise to manage and integrate all functions and skillsets across functional and organizational boundaries to support a robust Long–Term Surveillance and Maintenance (LTS&M) program.• Contract Management: Establishing a single point of contact at the IDIQ level to track performance, manage transitions, resolve issues, and coordinate with the Task Order Managers who oversee daily initiatives.• Program Management Office: Implementing and maintaining a PMO that serves to integrate and manage programs, projects of varying magnitude and effort, and resources• Subcontract Procurement Management• Learning and Development• Document Management• Safety and Quality Systems: Implementing an Integrated Safety Management System (ISMS) and a Quality Control Plan (QCP) aligned with federal standards.• Human Resource Management• Program–Wide & Business Support: Providing project controls, financial management, earned value management, budget formulation and execution, human resources support, and general administrative/clerical support.• Risk Management and Mitigation: Analyzing projects to proactively identify, control, and mitigate compliance, cyber, financial, legal, and operational risks.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
